Volunteer Application

Resounding Achord Productions works to maintain nine members of the board of directors. Our board members have 2-year terms and we typically have 1-2 people leave the board each year. We typically have 3-4 meetings each year, and there is approximately 1-2 hours of preparation time for the meetings and 1-2 hours of follow-up work. There is also a couple hours each quarter required for responding to board-based email messages. If you are interested in applying for RAP's Board of Directors, apply here and someone will respond or send a note to executive@resoundingachord.org.

We have a variety of activities associated with raising funds for the organization. This is a general category that isn't associated with an event.

Gig: Pariter Concert Support

Concert: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

We need 3 people to show up at 2:00 pm to support the audience and choir. The need for volunteers will be done by 4:30 pm.

Activities:

• Set up support
• Choir support
• Checking people off the attendee list
• Checking vaccination records
• Handing out programs
• Assisting audience members
• Checking mask usage
• Clean up after concert

Volunteers should be able to watch the entire concert, or close to all of it.

Gig: Together Concert Support

11/13, First Congregational Church Palo Alto
     Volunteer Times: 6:45 – 8:45
     Concert Start: 7:30 pm

11/14, St Francis Episcopal Church, San Jose
     Volunteer Times: 2:15 – 4:30
     Concert Start: 3:00 pm
